Returns:

To initiate a return, please notify us at support@colonyco.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide return shipping instructions at that time. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. However, if an item is determined to be defective, we may reimburse you for the return shipping cost. 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
